What is Fashion Planet’s Return & Exchange Policy?
Our “100% Customer Satisfaction Program” allows for easy returns: We Have a 7-day Exchange Policy for All Products, and Refunds are Not Available.
If the return is approved, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
For the product to be eligible for exchange make sure that the following conditions are met:
Any damaged or defective product would need to be intimated within 5 days of receipt of the product with photographs or videos of the product for investigation and the same would then be replaced and shipped without any extra charges within 10 to 15 working days (unless there are unavoidable calamities such as earthquake, strikes, pandemic during which the replacement duration may be delayed). Any damage caused at the receiver’s end post receipt of the products shall not be considered as ‘damaged’ and in such cases, no replacement shall be made.
The product must be returned in its original packaging. The product wasn’t used or damaged.
How can you exchange the Product?
If the Customer wants to Exchange a Respected Product, ” you Have to self-ship the product(s) to us at the below-mentioned address by any reliable courier service within 7 days.”

Return Courier Charges will be payable by the Customer. (Shipping Courier Charge Will Not Refunded.)
Keep in mind that you must send the slip and product bag of the product with the return parcel, if you do not send the slip and product bag, we will not be able to help you.

When we receive your parcel, you must contact us on WhatsApp or call for your exchange product.
We will ship your exchange parcel within 3 days.
There is no refund to the source account against sold merchandise.
